Mia Jae, a new school woman with an old school soul, was born and bred in NYC. The neo-soul songstress has been singing for as long as she’s been able to talk. Her early introductions to jazz, torch, and R&B heavily influenced Mia’s development into the artist she is today. Mia has classical training from New York powerhouses such as Harlem School of the Arts, Harbor Conservatory of the Arts,  the Neighborhood Playhouse, and a background in musical theatre.
